Collection of Information

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists. We will not sell, trade, or otherwise dispense your information to any third party to promote their products except that needed to process your order.

Customer Credit Card information is encrypted and is not available for repeat purchases. All encrypted credit card information is routinely purged from our site.

Distribution of Information

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Equipment

All Classes require FULL HOCKEY/RINGETTE GAME GEAR & STICK. Referees can wear their game gear or player gear as they prefer. Goalies may mix and match player and goalie gear and stick as they desire. Coaches and other adult non-game attendees either need to wear player gear for the clinic or contact us for allowable options. The instructor has the final say in who is allowed on the ice. A HELMET IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.

Refunds

Due to credit card processing fees and administrative costs, any refund will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. However, our system now supports account credits! We can provide the full value as a credit or transfer. We ask that you please be respectful of other players trying to attend these classes and let us know as soon as you can if you will not be attending so others may fill that slot.

‘No shows’ and expulsions will not receive a refund, credit, or transfer.

We reserve the right to re-assign skaters into different classes or adjust or combine groups as necessary. We reserve the right to cancel entire programs or classes as necessary. If a class or clinic is canceled or changed by us and results in you being unable to attend the class, the refund fee will be waived and a full refund will be provided or, if you prefer, a full credit or transfer.

We are working on a refund/transfer system and expect to have it in place soon. Until then, please contact us for any changes to your order.

No Merchandise returns will be allowed. Damaged merchandise will be replaced.

Shipping

Merchandise Sales will be shipped within 7 business days of order placement. Shipping may be delayed during our busy times (summer) or if items are out of stock. Merchandise shipping methods are detailed on the product page.

No overseas merchandise shipments will be made from this site.

Cookie/Tracking Technology

The site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Children

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 places requirements on merchants regarding the online collection of personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or store information from children. Our website is strictly for the use of adults. Responsible adults are requested to notify us immediately of any usage of our website by children.
