If you have an account on our previous system (before 2025), you will need to create a new account to register for a clinic. Unfortunately, account information from the previous system was incompatible with our new registration system and was not moved.
You can create a new account here: Create New Account
We will update the clinic on our website and send an email out to everyone who has signed up for a clinic that has any changes to date, time, location, or special notes such as construction concerns that are brought to our attention. Please make sure you are receiving emails from us and that you have received your order confirmation to be sure you will get any notifications.Due to common issues with email delivery, such as junk mail filtering, errors in email addresses, etc. We recommend that you check the clinic information on our website prior to attending the clinic to ensure you have the most accurate information.
We will also make posts on our social media accounts with updates.
As a courtesy, our registration system will automatically send a reminder email 14 days and 3 days before the clinic starts.
We highly suggest you add the clinic to your calendar when you place the order and get the initial confirmation email. Occasionally, these emails are not received due to email address, server, or SPAM issues.
We will be putting a refund/transfer system in place soon. Until then, please contact us if you need to make any changes to your order.
Due to credit card processing fees and administrative costs, any refund will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. However, our system now supports account credits! We can provide the full value as a credit or transfer. We ask that you please be respectful of other players trying to attend these classes and let us know as soon as you can if you will not be attending so others may fill that slot.
‘No shows’ and expulsions will not receive a refund, credit, or transfer.
If a class or clinic is canceled or changed by us and results in you being unable to attend the class, the refund fee will be waived.
We are working on a refund/transfer system and expect to have it in place soon. Until then, please contact us for any changes to your order.
To check your order history, please log into the registration system with the account used to make the order by clicking on the “login” button at the top of the website or registration system page. Click on ‘Account’ from the menu and select ‘My Account’ to reach your Dashboard. From here, you can check on your order status by clicking ‘My Orders’ on the left side of the page.
NOTE: for orders made prior to 2025, please contact us if you have any questions or need any assistance.
It is important to make sure that you are receiving our emails to get important updates about your class. If you did not receive your confirmation email several things could have happened. Below are some things to check.
We will be implementing a pay over time/layaway system soon. Currently, all classes require a full upfront payment. Please contact us if you would like to make payment arrangements.
Skills testing is now a standard part of our curriculum and an evaluation is provided towards the end of each class. There is no longer a fee for testing.
On the last day of each class, we perform an evaluation to determine the skater’s current skill level and provide advice on the next items to work on. Practicing the drills and skills you learned and focusing on the advice the instructor provides is the best way to improve your skating and be prepared for the next test.
If you have further questions and/or would like to receive the patches for your skill level, please speak to the instructor at the check-in table after the class.
By the time of the evaluation, the instructors will have a pretty good idea of your skills. The skaters will be organized into lines based on the skills the instructor feels the skaters need to demonstrate the most and will focus on this group during that part of the evaluation. If you know the last rank you’ve achieved, let the instructor know at evaluation time and they will take that into consideration. if you don’t know you last rank, it’s not a bid deal. We’ll put you in the appropriate line based on your performance during this class.
Don’t worry if you are put in a line with skaters with different skills. The instructor is watching all groups and may be interested in a specific skill of yours that may not be the highest skill you can do or may just need to balance line sizes. This will not affect your evaluation or outcome.
We encourage everyone to keep working on the Laura Stamm Power Skating skills and maneuvers whenever possible to receive the best benefit and most improvement. The more you do these skills, the more your muscles will remember how to do them. You will end up skating faster and improving your stride without even realizing it!
The Laura Stamm skills testing is an evaluation performed towards the end of the class. It is not really a test in itself, but more of a skills evaluation to determine the current skill level of the skaters and provide advice on what to work on next.
